So I have two months worth of bloging to catch up on so I put it all into a slideshow:

Here are a couple more pictures of Jasmyn, too:

Jasmyn's personality is starting to really show. She is full of smiles and loves to "chat" with me. She has already suffered through an ear infection in both ears, but now a round of antibiotics later, she is doing much better and even sleeps through the night 6-8 hours most nights. She is already a delightful and fun addition to our family.

Christmas and a Birthday

The holidays are definately a busy time for us now with two birthdays within a month of each other and Christmas and New Years Day sandwiched in between.

Jayda got the toy violin she asked Santa for and Daddy gave her a Supergirl Barbie (okay I bought it, but I gave Lehi the credit cause it was a purchase inspired by his and Jayda's shared obsession with Superman).

Tai, of course, got lots of cars and trucks and his favorite, a motorcycle (or as Tai calls it-- a " 'cycle-vroom, vrooooom" with hand motions and everything.
I took a picture of Jasmyn next to the stocking we got from the hospital. I hope to try to take a picture of her next to it every year to show how much she grows. Jasmyn is wearing a "My first Christmas" outfit I bought nearly a month before--I was seriously hoping she would be able to wear it on Christmas day--luckily she made it just in time.

For Tai's Birthday, we celebrated with a cake that I made at Nana and Papa's house. We also did brownies the following week at Grandpa John and Grandma Suzy's house. Daddy took Tai to the Monster Truck Show for his birthday gift to him. Tai loved it!

A Healthy Baby Girl!

Our little Jasmyn Kiona was born! She weighed 7 lbs 5 oz and was 19 in. long.

She really enjoyed her first bath--it calmed her right down.

Here she is already wide-eyed during her first few minutes of life.

Because she was born the week of Christmas, the hospital sent us home with a large Christmas stocking she could fit in.

At Home:

The kids were not allowed to visit at the hospital, so they were very excited to see the baby for the first time when we brought her home.

We are so happy to have you finally with us, Jasmyn!!!
